1. Don't use the abby. or Abby Monitor to
- Record, watch or share anyone without the permissions the law and the production require, including recording people where they have a right to privacy.
- Copy, leak or publish footage, stills or chats you're not allowed to share.
- Harass, threaten, bully or discriminate against anyone in chats, notes, reactions or talk-back.
- Send unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit or violent content, or anything that infringes someone's rights.
- Pretend to be someone else, for example by using another person's name to join a set.
- Try to get access to a set, device, stream or chat you weren't approved for, or interfere with its security.
- Share or sell license keys, or get around license checks.
2. Operators and productions
Operators decide who can watch and who is an admin, and can remove anyone at any time. Productions are responsible for getting the consents and releases needed for what they record and show.
3. If someone breaks these rules
Operators can remove a device immediately. Abby Video LLC may suspend or end licenses used in breach of this policy. Report problems to [email protected].
